Alternatively if you a victim of a recent assault and wish to get support including forensic support then you may wish to contact the SARC (Sexual Assault Referral Centre) which is now open in Bletchley; it is a suite of rooms within Bletchley Police Station which is a first call of support for victims of rape or sexual assault. It is run by an independent organisation called Harmoni for Health, and is funded by Thames Valley Police and the NHS within the Thames Valley region. Its role is different to that of SASS, and clients may be referred on from the SARC to MKSASS for counselling. The SARC can be contacted on 0845 510 7638.
