Eligibility

Anyone in the Milton Keynes area is eligible for assistance in the light of their particular needs, regardless of creed, sex, marital status, race, colour, nationality, disability, age or sexual preference.

Funding

The City Counselling Centre is a registered charity. It depends entirely for its funding on grants from Milton Keynes Council and the Milton Keynes Community Foundation, and other grants and donations.

Since September 2007, the CCC has been participating in a pilot project funded
by MK Primary Care Trust to provide counselling services to adults in MK referred
by their GPs. The pilot is providing additional services over and above those
already run by the CCC, whose team of 22 professionally-qualified volunteer
counsellors have gained a wide range of experience and expertise in the 15 years
that the Centre has been running
