We offer free and confidential one to one counselling for young people in Milton Keynes between the ages of 13 and 25. We keep all information about you confidential, unless the client or someone else is at serious risk of harm

We are an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and our counsellors operate within the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice. All of our counsellors are fully trained or in their last year of training.
